If you do not have insurance, that’s okay. For patients who do not have insurance, we offer cash-based options due at the time of service.

We understand that there are times when you may miss an appointment due to an emergency, family or work. If you need to re-schedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with our receptionist. The make-up appointment should be in the same week, preferably the very next day if possible.

In an instance where cancellation without 24 hours notice or no-show to a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge you a $50 fee.
